About Dr. Maria Castellese was born and raised in the Chicago area. She completed her chiropractic education at the National College of Chiropractic and has been in practic since 1996. She initially practiced Chiropractic at a group practice in Arlington Heights, and has been practicing in Elk Grove since 1999. During her spare time she enjoys running, biking, and cross country skiing. She has been running in the Chicago marathon since 1992. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine in the treatment of neck pain, back pain, headaches, and sciatica.
